Jonathan is Deputy Chair of Saxton Bampfylde and leads our public services and regulated sectors practices. For over twenty-five years in executive search, he has advised on board and C-suite appointments across the public, private and non-profit sectors, with particular depth in regulated industries. Jonathan understands what these environments ask of their leaders: the accountability, the complexity, the need to hold a long view while managing immediate pressure. That understanding shapes how he works with clients, not simply identifying candidates, but helping organisations think clearly about what they genuinely need at a given moment in their development. Jonathan sits on the firm’s DEI committee and serves as board champion for diversity and sustainability. He was a Council member of the AESC, the profession’s global body, for six years — a reflection of his longstanding commitment to the standards by which this work should be conducted.
