Johanna has worked at MPS from 2015 and she has a long experience in working as a consultant in recruiting. She has a versatile experience within multiple industries, the most known being service industry, healthcare and well-being, manufacturing and aviation. In the center of her expertise are assessments, talent management, different recruiting solutions, change management and organizational development. Johanna’s experience in many recruitment-consulting companies and her previous sales and marketing positions in the finance sector give her a wide perspective in understanding clients’ business and a customer-oriented approach to consulting. Johanna is known for her uncompromising and solution-oriented working style and she will always seek for the best for her clients. Johanna has a Master's Degree in Psychology and she is a certified personal assessment professional. Her strong interest in understanding people and recognizing the needs of interesting client companies serve as the motivational factors in her work. During her free time, she enjoys nature: either at sea or simply enjoying different kinds of sports. Family and fixing up the detached house will make sure that there is enough activity also during her free time.
