Joe Taylor is a Consultant based in our Houston office focused on supporting clients within the Renewable Energy, Power and Utilities, and Industrial sectors. Prior to joining Preng & Associates, Joe was a Managing Director at Heidrick & Struggles where he held both client facing and executive roles for the firm’s On-Demand Talent business unit, including leadership for the Client Services and Talent Network & Acquisition organizations. Prior to entering the Executive Search field, he worked in Management Consulting having served as an Engagement Manager with KPMG’s Strategy practice, partnering with clients to solve complex strategic, operational and M&A initiatives across the Energy value chain. Additionally, he worked for an Energy-focused boutique consulting firm serving a variety of human capital projects, including organizational due diligence, leadership assessment, and culture advisory services. He holds an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Management from The University of Texas at Austin.
