Joe Bailey joined the firm to grow our footprint in leadership development. He specializes in assessment and development, including coaching, for clients across sectors. Based in London, Joe leverages over a decade of consulting and industry experience to help regional and global clients find solutions to their most pressing leadership, performance and development challenges. His passion is supporting organisations that recognise the need for developing leaders that relish challenge, encourage creativity and have an appetite for transformational change. Joe joined our firm following four years with a boutique executive search and assessment firm focused on the private equity market. As a leadership consultant, he worked with clients on assessment and coaching assignments. Previously, Joe worked in talent development at Tony Blair Associates. He began his career on the Teach First program and later moved into an HR and strategy consulting position with Deloitte. Joe received a BA in geography from the University of Leeds. He also holds multiple certifications in personality and ability assessment and coaching.
