Jodi Harris serves as Managing Partner and Director, Administration, and Finance, of Harris Search Associates, an IIC Partners member firm, a position she has held since 1999. She leads the firm’s day-to-day operations, business strategy development, and operational activities including accounting, finance, marketing, internal human resources, and information technology, working closely with senior consultant staff and clients to ensure successful executive search project completion. Prior to Harris Search Associates, Jodi worked as Project Manager at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, and as one of the inaugural team members of their corporate university, Reynolds University. Jodi holds a bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College in Psychology and Business, and a Masters in Applied Behavior Science from Wright State University. Jodi earned her Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, is an enthusiast photographer, and proud mom of three children, Lauren, Allison, and Matthew.
