Joanna Barry partners with companies to appoint forward-thinking financial officers across sectors. Based in London, she has over a decade of experience in global executive search and leadership advisory, most notably in the energy, natural resources, financial services, and technology industries. Joanna brings expertise in recruiting CFOs and their direct reports, with a focus on tax, treasury, financial planning and analysis, in-house M&A, and investor relations teams. Previously, Joanna was a consultant with Cripps Sears, where she co-led the financial officers practice. In that role, she completed global CFO and direct report assignments, with a key focus on succession planning. Before that, Joanna was a consultant at Armstrong International focused on investment banking in EMEA, specifically equity capital markets, UK-based corporate broking, and equity research. Joanna holds a BSc in environmental science from the University of Manchester. Joanna holds a Hogan Psychometric Assessment Accreditation.
