Joana Lobo joined Signium in 2021, working in both Executive Search and Leadership Consulting services. She has 13 years of professional experience in Human Resources, dedicated to the design and implementation of Human Resources Management Models and to HR Management in generalist roles. Joana began her career at Mercer Portugal as a consultant in the Human Capital Business line, having worked for two years in talent management projects. In 2011 she joined Heidrick & Struggles Portugal, as part of the Leadership Consulting Business line where she was involved in talent management, strategic management and organizational development projects in different sectors (Energy/Utilities, Telecommunications, Industry, Construction, Services). During this period, she also participated in Executive Search projects in the industrial and financial services sectors. In 2018 she joined the Corporate HR Management of Grupo Elevo (a Multinational Group of Engineering and Construction), having worked in Recruitment & Selection, Training Management and Payroll. Joana has a degree in Organizational and Social Psychology from Instituto Superior de Psicologia Aplicada (ISPA). She speaks Portuguese and English.
