Jo has partnered with many coachees from diverse corporate organisations including within the FMCG industry. Specifically, Jo has worked with senior leaders at Asahi, Lion and Coles Group through career transition and outplacement, as well as leadership development. In addition to her coaching experience, Jo has an extensive background in Human Resources within large complex global organisations (BlueScope Ltd and General Motors Holden) coupled with building the HR function from the ground up at a fast paced, rapidly growing ready meal organisation. Jo therefore brings a unique understanding as a coach due to her professional background which enables her to work effectively with both the coachee and the organisation sponsor where required.
