Jiyeon Lee is a Senior Consultant at Stanton Chase Korea. Prior to joining Stanton Chase, she worked for KOSDAQ listed bio and renewable energy industry companies for the last 8 years. During this period, she held positions in finance and accounting and was responsible for the issuance of marketable securities, public disclosure and IR (Investor Relations). Most recently, she contributed to a successful launching of an initial public offering (IPO) on the KOSDAQ as a member of the IPO project task force team in biotech company kangstembiotech. She also has several years of professional experience in IR which broadened her professional knowledge of finance and understanding of capital markets. She completed a master degree in finance from Chungang graduate school of international management and a bachelor’s degree in French language and literature from Dankook University. She passed the USCPA (United States Certified Public Accountant) exam (State of Maine) in 2010.
