Jesus Arevalo leads the firm’s Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructure Practice at a global level. Based in Madrid, Jesús is a trusted advisor to both regional and international clients. He leverages his broad industry experience to help companies ranging from multinationals to startups navigate a changing landscape. He is a senior member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Technology Practice. Jesús joined from Microsoft, where he was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer for Microsoft Norway. In this role, he drove digital transformation for customers and partners through the company’s cloud services. Through his 13-year tenure with Microsoft, Jesús held roles of progressive seniority, working in cities including Miami, Madrid, and Seattle. Previous roles included work in business planning, sales operations and portfolio management, consumer services, and marketing. Earlier in his career, Jesús worked for Vodafone, France Telecom, and BBVA. He also served in the Spanish Army. He is passionate about how technology can help people, especially how tools like cloud and artificial intelligence can reshape business.
