As a partner within our technology and professional services practices, she manages client relationships and leads every step of our engagements, with special emphasis on technology officers and operating partner roles. She unleashes our clients' human potential by first and foremost taking the time to really listen and understand them. Jessica has been with Acertitude since 2018, first joining as principal. Jessica has spent the last 20 years honing her recruiting and HR skills in the professional services, software, data analytics, and finance spaces. She previously worked as a director of recruiting for a private equity sponsored strategy and analytics SaaS company that was acquired by Mastercard in 2015. There, she collaborated with the firm’s C-Suite, managing their global experienced hiring, overseeing a team of recruiters, and contributing to employer branding initiatives. Prior, Jessica led the full lifecycle recruiting process for the US offices of an international legal services outsourcing company. She has also held recruiting roles with private equity, finance, and professional services organizations and started her career in Big 4 accounting. Jessica lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband and son. On weekends, she is a dedicated baseball mom, who calls the diamond her second home.
