Prior to joining GA&A, Jeremy served as a principal with one of the largest international executive search firms. He then led the executive search group at the University of Virginia, spearheading strategic searches across numerous schools and business units. Jeremy's experience aligning recruitment efforts with organizational objectives led to the creation of the University's first talent recruitment division, encompassing both the University and Health System. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Dayton and is actively involved in community service, including his tenure as president of Open Arms Housing, a non-profit dedicated to helping homeless and mentally ill women.
