Starting his professional career as a Sales Manager in Hong Kong, Jens Milbrandt was responsible for the worldwide sales of a consumer goods company. Back in Frankfurt/Germany, he launched his successful career in the field of executive search in the year 2000. Jens Milbrandt held responsible partner positions at the world's leading consultancies Korn/Ferry International and Heidrick & Struggles, where he filled high-level board and executive positions in the German economy. With well over ten years of experience in executive search, he was able to establish an extensive professional network and founded the consulting firm Milbrandt e.K. in 2009 based in Munich. In addition to his main job, Jens Milbrandt was for many years Chairman of the Supervisory Board of TME AG and Chairman of the Board of a non-profit association dedicated to research and the implementation of corporate social responsibility and corporate governance in the economy. He is also a member of the think tank Atlantik-Brücke, the American Council on Germany, the Steuben Schurz Society, and the Munich Gentlemen's Club. Jens Milbrandt completed the Young Leader Program of the American Council on Germany, a collaboration of the German think tank Atlantik-Brücke for aspiring political and business leaders. As a member of the Gasteig Board of Trustees, Jens Milbrandt is responsible for promoting the cultural center, which houses the Munich Philamony, among other institutions. In addition to his family life with his wife and two energetic boys, he pursues his great passion for sports with voluntary work as a Unicef running ambassador and as an active player in the senior men's team of FC Bayern e.V..
