Jenny is a specialist in Odgers Berndtson’s Healthcare, Higher Education and Government practices. Jenny leads searches at the executive level across public and private organisations including universities and research institutes, national and state government bodies, major health focused institutions and independent organisations. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, she spent over ten years in executive roles in the higher education sector providing strategic leadership on transformation and growth initiatives and leading complex operations across multiple sites. Jenny’s background provides her with an excellent understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing contemporary leaders. Jenny has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
