Jennifer leads the Global Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates. She is a client relationship manager for several key accounts and also works closely with the Board & CEO Advisory Practice. Based in London, she is a trusted advisor to companies across all sectors, with particular expertise in consumer, technology, financial services, and private equity-backed businesses. Jennifer provides advice and guidance on search mandates, succession planning, assessment, and wider talent management. Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Jennifer worked at a boutique executive search firm, where she conducted partner-level hires for top-tier law firms. Before that, she spent six years at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as a solicitor, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions, and corporate governance matters. Jennifer studied Law with German at the University of Birmingham. She is a qualified solicitor and sits on the Board of Trustees of The Adolescent & Children’s Trust.
