Jennifer is a Principal at JM Search and member of the Firm’s Consumer Practice. She collaborates closely with clients to build C-suite executive teams. Her primary focus is on finance and operational roles within the Consumer private equity space. Before joining JM Search, Jennifer was a Principal at True Search within the firm’s Energy Transition, Industrial, and Climate Tech practice. At True, Jennifer placed senior executives at high-growth companies across all areas of climate as well as senior investment professionals at the top climate tech and deep tech funds. Prior to her work at True, Jennifer spent nearly a decade placing investment professionals in the world’s leading private equity and venture capital firms. She began her career as an analyst at Greenhill, a boutique investment firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions, and then worked for Charterhouse, a $1.4B middle-market private equity firm, where she focused on Consumer and Business Services. Jennifer earned her MBA from Columbia Business School and holds her B.S. in Biology and Business from the Honors Program at UNC-Chapel Hill.
