Jennifer Craddock is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Private Equity and Industrial practices. She partners with private equity clients to solve for their portfolio company talent needs, including CEOs, COOs, GMs and board members. She also specializes in operating partner and adviser work at the fund level. Jennifer’s industry experience includes services, distribution, process industries and diversified manufacturing, all with a tech-enabled underpinning. Suite of advisory services Jennifer is a founding member of Spencer Stuart’s Private Equity Pre-Deal team, which advises clients in areas such as due diligence support, adviser introductions, management insights and pre-deal executive search. These leadership advisory services are designed to align with portfolio company operating agendas and drive value creation. Jennifer also advises private equity firms on their pre-IPO management team and board member needs, in addition to CEO succession planning. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Jennifer spent seven years at another major search firm, where she focused on executive search and leadership consulting, primarily for companies in the asset management space. Jennifer graduated cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a B.S. in human and organizational development, and minors in corporate finance and financial economics.
