Jennifer Cohen is the Vice President of Executive & Leader Development at Ratliff & Company. Jennifer provides executive coaching, team coaching and customized development programs to a wide range of clients including privately owned companies in diverse industries, local and national non-profits, and large for-profit organizations. Jennifer enjoys working with clients in the planning and facilitation of business meetings, the creation of organizational development solutions, and the leveraging of leadership/team assessments for candidate selection and individual/team development. Jennifer brings deep expertise in the areas of Emotional Intelligence, team dynamics, and evidence -based leadership capabilities. Jennifer uses an adult learning model to engage others in their development and to build commitment to behavioral change. Jennifer’s experience spans four decades and includes Human Resources leadership roles at the Jewish Federation of Cleveland, Progressive Insurance, and MetroHealth Medical Center. Jennifer is an engaged lay leader in the non-profit community with a focus on developing emerging leaders and women in leadership. When not at work, Jennifer can be found enjoying time with family and friends that includes improving her golf game, long walks with friends, attending concerts with her husband and siblings, and trying out new restaurants with anyone!
