Jeff Warren leads search, advisory, and succession engagements for a wide variety of organizations, including investment management and private capital firms, family offices, and endowments and foundations. Jeff also leads the Los Angeles office for Russell Reynolds Associates. Jeff conducts search, leadership, and succession engagements across the C-suite, working with financial services clients, alternatives firms, asset owners (including endowments, foundations and family offices), and private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Some of Jeff’s recent assignments include CEO, COO, and CFO roles at leading global financial firms and the appointment of board members for publicly traded financial services and fintech companies. He has also led searches for family office leaders for organizations serving multi-generational families as well as first generation, newly formed family offices. Jeff’s led many Chief Investment Officer searches for endowments, foundations and family offices. Jeff was Director of Business Development at KSL Fairways before joining our firm. Earlier in his career, he was in the financial institutions’ investment banking group at Merrill Lynch and Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company in leveraged finance and merchant banking.
