Jean-Louis Goedmakers joined the London office of Stanton Chase in 2017 and is the UK practice leader for Financial Services. Jean-Louis has worked in executive search for the last 8 years, managing executive appointments in the financial services sector. His previous career, over 23 years, was spent in different senior management & commercial positions for ING and ABN AMRO. Jean-Louis studied Economics at the Vrije (VU) University, Amsterdam and subsequently attended Insead to study banking and management. During his career as Managing Director Wholesale Banking at ING, Jean-Louis became involved in executive development as a mentor & coach. Jean-Louis grew up on the island of Curacao (Dutch Antilles), where he lived for 20 years.
