Jean began his professional life in the healthcare sector in 1986 with one of the first major operators of Medical, Surgical and Obstetric (MSO) facilities, the HEXAGONE SANTE Group. He held several management positions in various facilities before becoming the general manager of a clinic in 1989. In 1995, he joined FINEVE, a family group in the health sector with around ten establishments encompassing activities in Medicine and Surgery, Dialysis and Follow-up Care, to take over the management of a major private hospital center in cardiology. In 1997, he was appointed Deputy Managing Director of this group (700 people). Until 2013, he participated in its organization and operational supervision, as well as in the development of its strategic positioning and its capital restructuring. He then returned to the HEXAGONE SANTE Group to assume the general management of the Ambroise Paré clinic in Neuilly-sur-Seine (500 employees, more than 200 beds). Jean has proven expertise in the general management of healthcare facilities, leading medical teams, managing executive teams, and motivating staff, particularly during periods of transformation in the healthcare sector. He also has a strong understanding of the French healthcare system and its regulatory bodies. At Exec Avenue, a Eurosearch Company, Jean leverages his expertise to support shareholders and executives of clinic groups, personal care services, laboratories, software publishers, and equipment manufacturers in their transformations and development. He handles recruitment assignments for executives, independent physicians, and high-level experts. His experience in the day-to-day management and strategic aspects of the sector also allows him to undertake consulting assignments related to organizational, human resources, and governance issues.
