Jean starts his lifeteacherin the health sector in 1986 within one of the first large operators of Medicine, Surgery and Obstetrics (MCO) establishments, the HEXAGONE SANTE Group. He held several management positions in establishments before taking over as general manager of a clinic in 1989. In 1995, he joined FINEVE, a family group in the healthcare sector with around ten establishments combining Medicine and Surgery, Dialysis and Post-Acute Care activities, to take over the management of a major private cardiology hospitalization center. In 1997, he was appointed Deputy General Manager of this group (700 people). He partparticipated until 2013 in its organization and operational supervision, as well as in the development of its strategic positioning and its capital restructuring. He then returned to the HEXAGONE SANTE Group to take over as general manager of the Ambroise Paré clinic in Neuilly-sur-Seine (500 employees, more than 200 beds). Jean has recognized expertise in general management of healthcare institutions, leading medical teams, steering management teams, and motivating staff, particularly during the transformation phases experienced by the healthcare sector. He also has a sound understanding of the French healthcare system and the regulatory authorities. At Exec Avenue, a Eurosearch Company, Jean brings his expertise to assisting shareholders and executives of clinical groups, personal services providers, laboratories, software publishers, and hardware manufacturers in their transformation and development. He assists with recruitment missions for executives, private practitioners, and high-level experts. His experience in day-to-day management and strategic aspects of the sector also allows him to work on consulting assignments relating to organizational, human resources, and governance issues.
