A seasoned international executive search consultant, Janey has placed top senior talent across geographies and functions. Her strong interest in R&D/ Innovation and scientific roles dates back to her marketing services experience in the US, working with such leading corporations in life sciences as Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic and Genentech. After starting her career in the travel industry and advertising, then completing her international MBA at INSEAD, Janey joined United Distillers (now Diageo) to manage their Duty Free marketing across Asia Pacific, based in Hong Kong. Since then, she has lived and worked in Singapore and the US. Her experience in executive search (since 2014) has comprised leading assignments across functions for clients in life sciences, nutrition and consumer goods, and helping to build R&D/ Innovation teams in both B2C and B2B organisations. It’s always been so rewarding to partner with the brilliant scientists and subject matter experts in our client organisations, to play a part in their journey towards those exciting new frontiers by helping them find and attract the top talent they need. Educated at Cambridge University and INSEAD, Janey took up long-distance running after moving to the US. Today, she still runs (much shorter distances) regularly, and participates in or follows several other sports. Other interests include hiking, Pilates, wine and current affairs.
