Jane joined Sheffield in 2022 and specialises in executive search and placement. Business Experience Jane's broad experience in strategy and planning, governance, organisational change, stakeholder management and communications and people capability and culture means she takes a whole of organisation approach adapting her practice as needed to best meet the needs of her clients. She has worked in both the public and private sectors for a range of primary, social and tech disciplines from energy and agriculture to digital publishing. Having worked here in New Zealand and the United Kingdom both in-house and as a consultant, Jane brings a broad commercial perspective and quick intelligence to her work. Prior to joining Sheffield Jane was a COO for a London based digital agency. When not working Jane enjoys walking her dogs on the beach and exploring Christchurch’s vibrant art scene.
