Jane came to Koya Partners in 2015 to work with the Founder and CEO to grow the operation functions when Koya Partners had fewer than 20 employees. As the company grew and was acquired by the Diversified Search Group in 2019, Jane’s role became focused on business development. She remains at the intersection of the search team and client experience – providing operational leadership to assist in successfully delivering on client engagements. Jane has spent her career in the nonprofit industry serving cultural and education organizations having held the positions of fundraiser, stewardship manager, alumni and public relations. Prior to Koya Partners, Jane served as the Director of Donor Relations and Stewardship at Suffolk University and Vice President at Copley Harris Company, a fundraising consulting and executive recruitment firm. As the Director of Development at the Advent School in Boston, Jane oversaw two capital campaigns. A long-term volunteer in her community, Jane has held leadership roles on the local Massachusetts Cultural Council and Council on Aging. She lives in the Boston area with her husband and is a proud parent of two adult children. Education BA, Fine Arts Fairfield University
