Jan Bach Schjølin is the owner and founder of Signium Denmark and has represented Signium in Denmark since 2003. He has worked with recruitment and executive search since 1997 and has handled a great number of recruitments for a broad variety of national and international businesses with a primary focus on positions at the Executive and Board Member levels. Since Jan joined the recruitment industry he has held positions on C-level, as such Jan used to be a partner in one of Denmark’s largest consultancies. He holds a diploma degree within finance and is a certified coach from Whitehead Mann in London. He is fluent in Danish and English and has good understanding of the Scandinavian languages. Jan likes spending time with family and friends, skiing, and cycling.
