Jaana holds a Master's Degree in Psychology from Germany (Diplompsychologin) and she is a Certified Psychological Assessor. Jaana joined MPS in 2007 and since August 2016 she has been part of the MPS Executive Search team as Senior Consultant. She has worked with customers in varying industries and recruited and assessed personnel from senior specialist to top management levels. Jaana is also experienced in management audits and she is now completing her training to become a Certified Business Coach. Before joining MPS, she has worked as a vocational guidance psychologist. Jaana has two kids and she enjoys her spare time with family and hobbies, which include enjoying nature and music.
