Ivonne Magin is a Senior Principal based in Korn Ferrys Frankfurt office. Ms. Magin has worked on a range of senior/top engagements, helping clients clarify their strategy, improving organizational effectiveness and steering through a transformation process. She has experience in the commercial and consumer banking, diversified manufacturing, automotive, chemicals and materials, industrial, and biotechnology industries. Ms. Magin’s client work focuses on working with senior leadership teams to increase their effectiveness in operating as a management team, and designing and implementing organizational transformation programs to align with a business strategy. She strives to generate clarity in implementing strategy and improving organizational effectiveness through organizational und roles structuring, performance management systems, matrix management, and succession planning and advises clients on transformation processes. After successfully completing her banking apprenticeship at Commerzbank AG, Ms. Magin studied psychology and economics in Germany and the US, and received a diplom degree with honors. She is fluent in German and English, and speaks intermediate Dutch and Spanish.
