After training as an accountant and computer programmer, Isabelle began her professional career as an accountant at Link Dynamic Systems, an industrial company specializing in the sale of spare parts in the aeronautics industry. She then worked as chief accountant at Promogolf Européen, specializing in the organization of golf tournaments and the promotion of golf-related events (international tournaments including the French Open). In 1992 she joined Arthur Hunt, a recruitment consultancy firm, and later Eurosearch & Associés. At Exec Avenue, a Eurosearch Company, she is responsible for administrative, accounting and financial management, information systems, and relations with the company's service providers.
