Prior to joining Johnson Partners, Isabella was an Analyst at Spencer Stuart, based in Sydney. During her time there, Isabella worked on many C-Suite and Director level roles with ASX 100 listed companies as well as global assignments. Isabella worked across a range of industries specialising in Consumer, Industrial and Financial Services. Prior to that, Isabella worked as an Employment Consultant under an Australian Government scheme, specialising in large-scale government infrastructure projects as well as disability and healthcare. Isabella holds a Bachelor of Medical Science in Pharmacology from the University of New South Wales. Outside of work, Isabella has held a number of leadership roles within the Jewish community, including as a member of the Committee of Management for the Executive Council of Australian Jewry as well as a Deputy of the NSW Jewish Board of Deputies. Isabella is also a co-founder of The Humankind Podcast.
