Based in London as part of our Consulting practice, Irina provides more than ten years of experience across talent topics – including leadership development, team effectiveness, and large-scale change management. Notably, she has conducted numerous projects in Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia to enable clients achieve their business goals through talent agenda. Irina joins Russell Reynolds from McKinsey’s People and Organisational Performance practice, where she drove the human side of transformations across sectors and geographies. Her structured, holistic approach coupled with unparalleled client focus have resulted in sustainable goal achievement for clients she has worked with. “Do what you must, and let it be.” Irina holds a Master’s in Business Administration from INSEAD.
