Irene Lin is the Director at the Taiwan office of Cornerstone International Group. Her area of executive search expertise is commercial and functional leaders in Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, Functional Finance and IT Solution related industries. Her career spans more than 25 years in the Financial and Services industry in Taiwan including 18 years in Corporate and Service Agencies and seven years with a Human Resources consulting firms. Over the years, Irene has successfully completed numerous strategic hiring assignments for senior and director level roles for leading companies in the Banking, Insurance, Asset Management and IT Solution industries. These include Country Manager, CEO, CIO, CMO, Chief Auditor, Chief Actuary, Head of ALM, Sales GM, Head of Legal, Compliance, HRD and HRM. Prior to joining the recruitment business, Irene spent five years leading a sales and marketing team for AIG Investments as Deputy General Manager. Prior to that, she spent years in product, marketing and Telemarketing with Citibank and developed direct marketing and new channel business with Cigna and ACE. Credentials Irene hold a BA from the National Taiwan University, Taiwan, and a Master’s degree in finance and e-commerce from the University of Illinois at Chicago, US. She studied for an Executive Master’s degree with a major in Risk Management and Insurance at National Chengchi University, Taiwan.
