Ignacio Peironcely is a Managing Partner at the Stanton Chase office in Madrid. He is an experienced HR executive with more than 30 years of top HR management roles within multinational companies such as GKN, CEMEX, MAXAM, and TEKA. Before joining Stanton Chase, Ignacio served as CHRO for Iberia airlines, which is Spain’s national carrier. Ignacio is well known in the Spanish corporate business community and been recognized for his HR and business expertise and his ability to develop talents and teams within his organizations while inspiring trust and teamwork. Ignacio’s extensive background enables him to specialize in advising and supporting large and medium-sized companies within the industrial sector, including automotive, manufacturing, aerospace, and chemical businesses. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the Complutense University of Madrid and received a CSS certificate in business administration and management from Harvard University as well as a PADE certificate from the renowned IESE University.
