Before joining RRA, Hisao spent 18 years as an economic and business journalist with Nikkei Inc, a Japanese business media company specializing in economic and business news. He was also a team lead covering corporate governance and sustainability topics at Nikkei Business, a prominent weekly business magazine in Japan, and produced 25 special features between 2021-2023 interviewing C-suite executives and state ministers.
