Based in London, Henry serves clients in a range of countries, particularly in Sub-Saharan Africa. Henry has advised on chief executive, board, and other senior appointments for major global development organizations including multilateral development banks, development finance institutions, private foundations, bilateral agencies, entities within the UN system, and public-private partnerships. Before joining the firm in 2012, Henry began his search career with another global executive search firm in its energy practice. Prior to that, he worked in development at English Touring Opera. Henry received his MA in music from the University of Cambridge (Sidney Sussex College), where he was a choral scholar and university instrumental award holder. He is a Governor of Abingdon School in Oxfordshire and serves on the Audit, Risk, and Compliance Committee.
