Helen Metcalfe is a senior member of the firm’s Board & CEO Advisory Partners. She specializes in Chairman, Chief Executive and Non-Executive Director appointments and board advisory work including succession planning and board effectiveness. She has a particular focus on financial services, supporting clients in the investment, wealth management, insurance and banking sectors. Helen is based in London. Helen joined Russell Reynolds Associates when The Zygos Partnership became a part of the firm in 2017. With more than 20 years of experience in the executive search industry, she has worked on an extensive range of board and senior executive engagements for listed, private equity-backed and privately held companies. Prior to joining Zygos, Helen spent 14 years with an independent executive search firm, where she advised clients on international board-level recruitment for private equity-backed businesses. She began her career as a commercial manager for Marks & Spencer. Helen holds an MA in modern and medieval languages from the University of Cambridge.
