Heather Linehan focuses on cross-functional VP and C-suite level assignments, working with venture-backed, development stage, and high-growth publicly held companies in the medical device, biopharma, diagnostic, digital health, and health IT markets. With her collaborative approach to recruitment and a deep background in research, Linehan is adept at identifying, tracking, and aligning top talent with top companies. She is highly regarded for her work on key technical searches in R&D, clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance, as well as on commercial searches in general management, sales, marketing, and business development. Prior to joining BioQuest in 2007, which was acquired by the Diversified Search Group in 2016, Linehan held leadership positions at retained search firm McCormack & Farrow, where she specialized in recruitment strategy and candidate development and evaluation. Linehan is the founding President of the Southern California Chapter of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, where she led the establishment of the organization’s Advisory Board.
