Heather Kleeman is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s London Leadership Advisory team. She specializes in assessment, development and top team effectiveness for senior leaders and brings more than 20 years of previous experience in executive search and talent management within private equity and financial services. Having worked in funds during periods of significant growth, Heather is adept in driving the development of mid-sized investment firms through effective talent management. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Heather was the head of talent management for Park Square Capital, a leading European credit provider. Heather was a member of the executive committee and played a key role in the management of Park Square Capital as it doubled headcount and tripled assets under management. Previously, Heather was staff director for private equity fund Cinven, where she led all aspects of talent management. Earlier, she spent eleven years at The Rose Partnership, an executive search firm, where she became a partner and practice leader for private equity. Heather earned her bachelor’s degree in classics from Cambridge University. Heather is an accredited Meyler Campbell business coach.
