The client is seeking a Head of US Transformation to join their team based just outside of Atlanta. Reporting directly to the Global Chief of Transformation, this role offers a path to meaningful P&L ownership. The ideal candidate will have a focus on growth and commercial efforts to support the software business in alignment with the hardware business's growth. Responsibilities include managing large-scale transformation programs for the Americas business unit, supporting strategic stakeholders, conducting ad hoc strategic analysis, and collaborating with the PE sponsor's deal team.

Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in consulting, operations, or corporate strategy, with 3+ years of experience working with Private Equity clients. Managerial experience from a top-tier consulting firm is required, with a preference for those with post-consulting experience and expertise in commercial excellence. Experience in managing large-scale transformations and working with a complex set of stakeholders is essential. While payments industry experience is preferred, it is not required. The role may involve travel within North America and Europe on occasion.
