The client is a specialist strategy and data consulting firm with a proven track record supporting enterprise clients in high-impact transformation programs. They are expanding into the US market and seeking their first senior hire to lead and grow this market. This role will involve generating new revenue, opening doors with C-level stakeholders, selling Data and AI transformation programs to enterprise clients, building long-term relationships, and securing flagship accounts. Additionally, responsibilities include leading the commercial development of the US business, shaping the go-to-market strategy, and laying the groundwork for future team growth as the practice scales.

Ideal candidates will have proven commercial capability in consulting, particularly in selling Data or AI transformation work, and experience in building business from scratch and initiating new market growth. The ability to engage credibly with C-level decision-makers, having a strong network in the US market, clear communication skills, and a US base with native-level English are essential. The role offers a competitive base salary with a total compensation typically between $400,000 and $600,000, including a performance-linked bonus and equity participation. This entrepreneurial position allows full autonomy within an established global firm.
