The client is seeking a Head of School to lead a PreK–12 educational environment and support education improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for setting the school’s vision, ensuring effective day-to-day operations, and guiding academic and organizational priorities across early childhood through high school levels.

The Head of School will oversee key areas of school leadership, including academic performance, student experience, and continuous improvement efforts. The role is expected to foster a supportive, high-performing culture for students and staff while driving strategies that strengthen educational outcomes across the full PreK–12 spectrum.
