The client, a rapidly growing creator monetisation platform, is seeking a Head of Payments to lead their payments function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning the global payments strategy, driving innovation, and optimizing conversion rates. They will work closely with key stakeholders across product, operations, compliance, and finance to architect a scalable and resilient payments infrastructure. The role requires deep expertise in online global payments, acquirer relationships, and regulatory considerations.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing the payments roadmap, optimizing payment success rates and checkout UX, and managing relationships with third-party providers. The Head of Payments will also collaborate with the Head of Fraud and CFO to proactively manage risk and ensure compliance with regulatory changes. The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of experience in high-scale online payment processing, with a strong background in High Risk Payment Processing and data analysis.
