The client is seeking a Head of Partnerships to join their fast-growing SaaS company in London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a global partnership strategy to drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue growth. This role will involve working closely with leadership to ensure the success of partner initiatives across multiple regions, collaborating with internal teams to maximise the impact of partnerships, and fostering relationships with strategic partners.
Key responsibilities for the Head of Partnerships include driving commercial results through partners, working with Go-To-Market teams to execute partner initiatives, onboarding and growing partnerships through co-selling and co-marketing strategies, and tracking and optimising partner performance. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances within SaaS or CX Tech, a proven track record of building and scaling partner programs, strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a data-driven mindset to analyse and optimise partner performance.
