Overall, the client is looking for a Head of Influence to lead their influencer and social strategy in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for redefining the client's approach, targeting new audiences and demographics, and driving commercial results through TikTok growth and social innovation. This role involves overseeing both strategy and execution, working closely with the Manchester-based team, and reporting to senior leadership. Experience in the beauty/lifestyle space, working with major creators, and integrating social and influencer into revenue engines is preferred, with a bonus for understanding DTC or eCommerce-focused businesses. The team consists of 6 individuals in need of stronger leadership, with a culture that values in-house strategic control and embraces freelance support.
