The client is seeking a Head of Advisory Services - ESG Partner for a fully remote role in Southeast Asia. The client is a leader in impact investing and sustainable development, with a focus on reshaping finance. The role involves overseeing business growth and market expansion in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines, as well as delivering advisory services and managing high-value clients. The successful candidate will have extensive leadership experience in management consulting, ESG/sustainability advisory, or impact finance, with a strong background in sustainability strategy, ESG integration, and impact investing.

Key responsibilities include developing and scaling advisory services, building strategic partnerships, and providing thought leadership in the field. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing P&L effectively. They should also have a wide network across corporates, investors, financial institutions, and regulators in the region. The role requires exceptional leadership and team management skills, as well as a master's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field. Familiarity with international sustainability frameworks is also preferred.
