the client is seeking a Head of A&R in Nashville. In this senior role, you will help shape the organizations music signing and artistic development strategy, guiding how emerging and established talent is discovered, evaluated, and supported.
You will oversee end-to-end A&R activities, including talent scouting, artist selection, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to align creative direction with business goals. You will also play a key role in developing artists through planning, creative guidance, and coordination across the music creation lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is an experienced A&R leader with strong judgment for identifying talent and building artist relationships. You will be expected to lead with a collaborative, results-oriented approach, while maintaining a clear understanding of the artistic and market factors that influence successful recordings and artist growth.
