The client is seeking a Head Coach for Men’s Tennis. The role leads the overall direction of the men’s tennis program and supports student-athletes in developing their skills, competitive mindset, and team culture.

Responsibilities may include planning and executing coaching sessions, developing training and competition strategies, and overseeing day-to-day program operations. The Head Coach is also expected to guide athletes’ performance goals, support recruitment and roster development efforts, and ensure consistent program standards.

The ideal candidate will typically have strong coaching and leadership abilities, along with a solid understanding of men’s tennis fundamentals and competitive play. Prior coaching experience in a similar environment may be expected, and the role requires effective communication, organization, and a commitment to athlete development.
