Harry is a human resources expert who has more than 30 years of hands-on experience. He spent over 10 years working as a HR executive at Bayer Korea and Glaxo Wellcom before becoming the president of Amrop International Korea. In 1988, he founded the executive search firm, Solution Incorporated. In the same year, he also formed a successful partnership with a global talent management company, Stanton Chase International. In addition to Solution Inc., he also established an online recruiting company, Career Match as a joint venture with Talenxworks Inc. in Canada. Harry introduced his know-how and advanced techniques gained from experience for global talent management companies, to the Korean market. He leveraged such expertise to successfully recruit exceptional talent for C-level executive positions for global companies in Korea and large domestic companies. Currently, he is actively working as an interviewer for high-ranking government officials. As someone who started out by working in human resources for companies to founding his own business as a CEO, Harry has a proven record of success with managing both people and business.
