Harriet Wood is a member of the firm’s technology team where she specializes in digital technology leadership and cyber security in the technology officers practice. Based in London she is a trusted advisor to boards and C-suites on disruption and transformation underpinned by digital innovation, including engineering, information technology data & analytics and cybersecurity. Harriet has a breadth of experience supporting digital innovation and recently recruited the Chief Information Security Officer for a FTSE 10 company as well as Chief Engineering Officer and Chief Data Scientist roles for a high-growth technology company. Harriet joined Russell Reynolds from another leading international search firm’s technology officer’s practice, where she specialized in CTO and CIO leadership. Previously, Harriet also worked inhouse with Vodafone, leading executive hiring for the firm’s business in the United Kingdom. Harriet received her BA (Hons) in combined social sciences from Durham University
