Guy A. Sava is a Managing Director at the Diversified Search Group and Leader of the Natural Resources practice. He focuses on assisting the process industry, manufacturing, energy, and other industrial sector clients with executive searches for their corporate boards, as well as executive, general management, and functional leadership positions. The focus of his search experience has been global including venture capital, private equity, and public/private companies worldwide. Prior to joining Diversified Search, Guy served as President of the Industrial, Chemical, Energy, and Materials Practice for a large global executive search firms, where he was responsible for business development and executive recruiting within these sectors. He also led the Board Service Practice in North America. Previously, he spent 20 years in the industry serving in various senior leadership roles.
