She has around 20 years of experience in leadership hiring and her areas of expertise include Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals and Diagnostics. Gulpreet is a founding member of the Life sciences & Healthcare practice. She has built it from a scratch and today TRANSEARCH is well positioned as a leader in Lifesciences Healthcare hiring space. She started her career in research and moved up to Head of Research role. In the present role as a Partner, she manages key relationships and advises clients on issues related to talent and leadership hiring. She has won many accolades for her in depth research capabilities, innovative thinking and process orientation as per highest global quality standards hence, making a difference to the client organisations. She has done work for clients viz. Novartis, Tata Digital Healthcare venture, Ranbaxy, GE Healthcare, Medtronic, J&J, Max Hospitals, Manipal Hospitals, BD India amongst others. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computers and holds MBA - Biotechnology from Pune University. She has been trained in Biocon India and Karl Storz Endoscopy in Market Research. Besides, she undertook Market Surveys and Research Projects for International Pharmaceutical companies. She has been trained in Executive Search by leading international trainers in global workshops across Europe.
